For mig er en sund krop en st\u00e6rk krop, og jeg fokuserer p\u00e5 styrke og mobilitet i min undervisning. Nok fordi jeg selv er hypermobil, og ved at det kr\u00e6ver noget at holde sammen p\u00e5 kroppen\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frederikke er uddannet fra London Studio i H\u00f8rsholm, og har undervist i mere en 25 \u00e5r. i The Flow underviser Frederikke prim\u00e6rt i barretr\u00e6ning og The Flow-method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
